Back in '05 I mounted Baja designs on my '06 Wr250 in order to get it plated and street legal to
compete in long 2 day enduros. Now in 2012, I love the bike maintain it well... and have modified it a lot
in order to get the racey, snappy feel of a YZ, but 4 stroke Wide Ratio (WR) need... in the past week I
took off all Baja designs electrical wiring, replaced spark plug removed battery, cleaned carb. It's much lighter however,
it's boggin' on top at 3/4 and full throttle in all gears and terribly in 4th an 5th. My bike has its' grey wire clipped, boyson quick shot, FMF pipe. I want to remove head light completely, tried to but it ran horribly. Question is can a WR run correctly, racey snappy without headlight, and voltage regultor?
