I got 30 minuets into a 2 hour hare scramble and totally bonked. I was sooooo tired and my heart was beating faster than the piston in my honda at WFO. What kind of traing is best for endurance. I mountain bike as much as possible and walk to the mini-mart instaed of drive.
Here is what I do
Usually take the toughest terrain to drive in. In other words, try driving 30 minutes straight in Sand, I mean sand like beach sand. The trick here is to ride on parts of the track that peopel don't ride on cause it is harder to drive in that. If you can hold 30 minutes to 45 minutes in that, you will definately gain endurance. Also do the same when there is a lot of mud. I also run 1 hour a day and work out 1 hour a day.
