i just bought a 1985 yamaha bw200 it looks like a 4 stroke it is 200 cc it has a place to put oil and a oil window it is full of oil but when i bought it the gas was mixed. are you suposto mis the gas with oil. and also on the top of the cylinder heade it looked to have a place for a a cable to go on the top of the head. i dont get it please help.

the cable is for the decompressor.this makes it easier to start.cos went the piston is at the top it is virtually impossible to kick over apparently...or it may be the other way round...eg.at the bottom....as for mixing the oil if its a 4 stroke u dont mix the oil...u only mix oil with petrol on a 2 stroke...so make sure its not a 2 stroke b4 u go puttin in neat petrol....by the sound of that cable thing it must be a 4t
