i bought a 2005 wr250 brand new of the show room for 4580, and it honestly runs the same if not better thanthe newer models. there is virtualy no big difference between models. my one friend has a yz426 and my wr240 runs so much better and actually out runs his bike. plus with the luxery of having lights the wr's are the way to go! if i were you, id deffinatley get the 2007, and you save money for gear!
