I am fouling splugs left right and center, My mix is at around 40:1 and im using a BR9ES, Should i go with a hotter plug say an 8?..or could it be my jetting?

Plugs

Look in your manual for the correct setting of jet for your carb at your elevation. I had the same problem with my 125 and hotter plugs are always better to run i think.

same deal

i had the exact same problem. the thing was i used to ride trails like crazy with my buddies and would just be takin it easy and wouldnt ride at a high enough rev to burn the feul goin to the plug. I got my rm 125 rejetted for my riding style mabe u should try the same.. also it could be ur piston rings r worn out , so u should check those.hope that helped!

hey my friend had ur prob he was like trowin away pulgs every hour or less it ended up that it was something to do with the screw in the carb i kinda dont know what im talkin bout :D cause it neva happend to me lol but go ask the person who fixes ur bike he might no what im talkin bout

roun here we run at 25ml to 1 litre on a b8 es spark plug they seem to last 10 times longer than them br9egs or wat av ya
