As Windsor Township's supervisors consider how best to regulate dirt bike and all-terrain vehicle riding, residents are offering up their own suggestions as well.
Last night, supervisors heard from Chris Frantz, a 10th-grader at Red Lion Area Senior High School and an avid dirt bike rider. He is the son of township residents.
"I've done some research, and in order for an ordinance to be constitutional, it has to use the least restrictive means necessary," he said.

Only two years after taking up competitive ATV and dirt-bike riding, Dededo resident Jeff Rios will team with veteran rider Rob Bucek with one lofty goal in mind: win the 2005 Smokin' Wheels ATV one-hour endurance race Sunday at Guam International Raceway.
The 34-year-old said he used to ride ATVs about a decade ago, and really got into racing through the influence of his brother, Frank Rios.

AJ Roberts and his Husqvarna WR250 sit on a commanding position to take out both the Sprint and Enduro Series with both titles combining to decide who will be crowned the NSW Off Road Champion at season’s end.
AJ didn’t take any wins in the two-day event although he still leads the NSW Off Road Championship after six rounds, letting his more experienced rivals know that they will have a Husqvarna WR250 right on them for the entire season.
It was called the Cajun Classic but it could just as easily be called the 1000 Logs Enduro.
If you're the type of person who grades enduros by the amount of pain and suffering they inflict this one was a dandy. I'm writing this with hands that are covered in blisters, my body is one big, giant, blue/green bruise, and we won't even talk about the monkey butt. The race was held on the grounds of the former WW2 training base Camp Claiborne, near Forest Hill LA.
