By TonyG, 13 September, 2006 Forum Topics Yamaha Does anyone know which would be more power between a 2007 or 2006 WR250 I hear a 2006 has 13,500 RPM but dont know its top speed? What about the 2007 how many RPM's I Want more power and speed...so which would you prefer I choose A 06 WR? or 07 WR? 07 will be alot better. 07 will be alot better. asking a ques like which has asking a ques like which has more rpm's is kinda useless. but as far as it goes they prob used the same engine from the year before but newer is always better. for 07 they changed the head for 07 they changed the head light ( it looks alot better now ) and added a led tail light, they bike looks alot nicer now
