i have had my ttr 125 for almost a year the only problem with it is that the traction really sucks i have a brand new tire on it and even when i hit hills full throtle 2nd it wont make it up when i ride my friends xr100 i can stop at the bottom of the hill kick it into 1st and make it up any suggestions for things to do that might help me get better traction? THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

crf 230 compared to ttr 125

i beg to differ if you are questionable at all on the 125 do not get on a 230 a crf 230 is a heavy manly bike not for anyone that would be considering a ttr

no ttr125

you are ready for a full-size bike, im 5'4" 125lbs. and riding a crf150f and it is too small... go full size, and soften up the suspension.

I'm 5' 8", I also weigh about 150 lbs. but I have a 2001 TTR125 and I fit it just fine. I did get a stiffer rear shock spring for it though to help raise the rear.I am also 13.

you have to have you ttr 125

you have to have you ttr 125 set up corectly or you will end up a mess. if you have an owners manual read a sertan part of it and it will tell you what to do.
it will tell you how much air should be in the tire for sertan conditions. what you should set you shock to. if any more problems or if you want to e mail me do so at zabner11@hotmail.com

ttr 125

I'm a girl and I ride a ttr 125. I was riding a KX250, but it was too hard for me to start, It's a lot easier for me to ride and start.Plus if I lay it over it is lighter. I can keep up with my boyfriend adn climb any hill that he can. I think you would enjoy it.
