Rear wheel is hard to turn

I hope this is the correct place to post this if not im sorry im a new member.
I got a new rim/tire for my 01 cr125 and when i put it on and tighten down the swingarm bolt the tire becomes very hard to spin. I was wondering what the problem might be.

Also my gears are screwed up. My clutch doesnt engage all the way. Ill hold in clutch all the way and shift to first and the tire spins.

Any help is appreciated!

......

is ur chain to tight, is ur tire rubbing anywhere, look at little things like that first, u might be able to fix ur cluth problem by adjusting it, look in a manual or ask someone about the proper settings for these things

many different things

the rear brake could be catching or maybe the rear wheel bolt needs to be greased also the chain could be to tight

Scars mean nothing without a sweet story.
