that bull only top riders would do all that my friends yzf250 he only rebuilt it every year but on 2 stroke its like every few months u will know when to change because u will lose alot of power and u will be dropin the gears and then u know it will be time

i change mine once or twice a year. but i dont race but i think its like 30 hrs or something. i just rail rideand i just changed the piston and rings over the winter
mann if an average rider did that that much only pro's would have dirtbikes. I donno how you ride but if your a putter, i mean if u do trails , the moto-x here and there then every mabe year and a half
