Ehh, i don't kno which one to get

Yea, i was thinking about getting a 85, but i heard they were getting rid of 2-strokes so..

But then i thought about the Crf150r experts, but i started thinking about when i got bigger, and my neighbor told me to get a 4-stroke 250. But i'm only like 5'5'', 5'6'' ish, and i don't think i could touch on a 250

What should i do?

150

Dude, you should go for the 150, even the pro's say it feel's like your riding a mini 250, with tons of power. The 150 is awesome, unless you wanted to get a two stroke real bad, then go for the yz85 or cr85, but don't go all the way to a 250, how long have you been riding?

OK, I've been riding for like

OK, I've been riding for like almost 4 years now.
Do u think the $-strokes could do a wheelie just as easy as a 2?

its all personal prefrance

it all comes down to personal prefrance and experiance really the best way to find out if a 250 is to big for you is to go to your nearest motorcyle dealer and seat your self on one they have in stock and see if you feel comfotable on it remember that a 250 has a lot more power than any 85 2 stroke or a 150 4 stroke so are you ready for that sort of power? as for doing wheelies the 4 stroke just take a bit more use of acceleration and clutch get it it up thats the only diffrence ive ever found and i have been riding for for nearly 18yrs by the way why would they bring out 07model 2 strokes if they were planning on getting rid of them they may become less popular but they will never get rid them they are still very popular and still kicking arse

Aight, umm Cause on my freind

Aight, umm Cause on my freinds 85, i don't have to pop the clutch or anything.I just let the powerbands do the work. Do the 150's have great powerbands like the 85's?

Dont get me wrong the 150 hav

Dont get me wrong the 150 have a great broad range power but there not like the 2 strokes that just want to loft the frontwheel all the time it all comes down to time on the bike and lots of practice to do a good wheelie once you get the hang of it real good it just becomes easy on a 4 stroke or a 2 sroke i own a cr250r 2 stroke and a husky te 410 4 stroke and its just become as easey to wheelie one bike as the other i love my 2 stroke for hiting the jumps and motorcross tracks but i favour my 4 stroke for the trails and long distance riding

well, u were just given a har

well, u were just given a hardcore biased opinion towards 2 strokes. in reality, you know that powerband where u get a huge hit of power in a certain spot on 2 strokes? with 4 strokes thats always there and as far as wheelies, 4 strokes have the low end grunt where u can just twist the throttle a bit and casualy pull the front end up. also, they are planing to phase out 2 strokes by 2010, but they will still be around for a long time. so if like the 2 stroke power band, get a 4 stroke because that power is always there. if you would like a dyno chart comparison proving this let me kno and ill will post a link.

top right of the page, yellow

top right of the page, yellow is the yz250f blue is the yz125. the yz250f is by far not the fastest 250 4 stroke out there. the rmz250 is much muh faster. however in my opinion the yz125 is the fastest 125 2 stroke out there. so u can see the power that the 4 stroke has all throughout a much longer rpm band.

Go for it...

yeah, i'd go for the 150, i have one, and i jetted it and put handlebars and a pipe on it, and this thing kicks arse, i have a dirtbike track at my house, and i'm hitting all the jumps(the biggest being 40-45ft), and the 150 is a great trail bike also...

Cool

The guy at my nearest Honda dealership said that the 85 has a better top end but over all the 150 is a better bike

touch the floor

why do u need to touch the floor you only need to do that when ya stoped so it dont really matter does it... and when u goin into a bend the bikes leanin so it will be lower...once u ride one bike you can ride em all just respect the power and ull be sweet good luck

Ride it like u stole it
