check the date on the wheel rims, they are allways made in the previous year to the year ya bike is ie: 05 model has wheels with 2004 printed on. if you dont have ya origanal rims on then i dunno
count 8 digits back on the vin numba nd thats the year !! it will either have a numba or letter nd ur yamaha dealer will be able 2 tell u wot year by the letter
