it all depends on what your currently riding ,thats pritty obviuos about the power and all but the kx's have very little maintanance issues at all so it really comes down to if you want a fast high ish maintanance bike our a reasanoble speed bike with low maintanance

CRF 230
My friend has a KX 100 and we traded bikes for a day...he liked my CRF 230 worlds better. I'd go with the CRF.
