Does the Canadian version of the WR250f have the power declining restrictions.

Hi I have recently purchased a new 2001 WR250F from the dealer in my city. The reason it's a 2001, and still new is because there is very little market for enduro style bikes in Ontario Canada. My question is, Does the Canadian version of the WR250f have the same power declining restrictions as the U.S version

um is it the same year same modle, Well then it the same bike Yes
but then again if i was to guess i would say the us has a better version just becasue they sell more bikes here.................
