How can i get more throttle response with an 05 crf 230f.

i just got this 2002 xr 100 and im not sure weither the choke should be down of up for the on or off it runs on both but i am new to this i dont usually ride 4 strokes but have learned that they run much better and alot longer then 2 strokes so could anyone help me out to as weither on is up or down thnaks

ok every time i go to start my 2000 xr 100 it takes me 15 mins of straight kicking ive adjusted my idle screw while kicking well my brother did it then finally starts i cant let off the throttle or it dies we adjusted the idle screw so it would idle but it still wouldnt idle we tried having the choke up and down same problem let it stand a few minutes to warm it up but still dies i have a strong feeling its the carburator but what is it my jetting? air screw? idle screw? ive cleaned my carb sevral times and it ran great. i cleaned it again after the problem still nothing. please help if you ha

ok im not tall enough to get an 85 my mom will not let me get a bike over a 30 inch seat height because i ride on a lot of gravel and it slips really easy im only 4 feet 11 inches tall im 13 so im pretty short since i cant have an 85 ive narrowed my choices to the kx65 the crf80 and the ktm65 i do a lot of trail riding and have never been to my local track i can use a clutch but the fastest bike ive ever rode by myself was a ttr90 and it felt very slow ive been riding my 1984 z50r since i was 5 it has a few mods and is pretty quick it still cranks on the first kick which is amazing and runs

you may remember my post for getting a kx65 or a crf 80 well ive decided and also my mom will not let me get a crf100 and she wont let me get a motorcross bike and ill mainly be trail riding well now i need to know how fast a crf80 will go in mph i know that it will outrun a ttr90 because it has more gears and a clutch and i think a ttr90 tops out at 45mph so my guess for a crf80 is about 50-55mph

I'm a new dirt rider, although i ride street bikes. I'm not afraid of power, but its height that stops me, i'm 5'3(and a half Ü). I know the 250 is pretty big and i can only touch by leaning side to side, but i'm afraid if i get a 150 that i'll outgrow it or it wont accomplish what i want. I go to dumont quite often but i'm told that the 150r is a racing bike not made for that kind of riding and will eventually blow in the dunes. . is this right? i am also just afraid that if i conquer the 250f, what happens when i'm mid razor back and i drop it in the sand and am unable to pick it up? i dont know, i'm a pretty determined girl and i like to ride with the big boys, i just dont want to get a 150 and not be able to keep up with my friends, or my girl on the 450 quad.. dang..

i am looking for a new bike i am 5 feet tall and 13 years old i am not quite tall enough for a crf100 i need a bike with about a 29 inch seat height the best ones i have seen that i can use are the kx65 and the crf80 which is fastest that will help me decide and which has more power

i need to know how to keep the handle bars straight on a crf100f when i do a wheelie i normaly need 2 put my feet down but i end up snpping myself give me avdise plz

I HAVE A CRF150F AND I OPENED UP THE AIR BOX AND PUT AFTERMARKET AIR FILTER IN IT WHAT SIZE JETS SHOULD I RUN IT ON...BESIDES THE REJETING IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I HAVE TO DO TO IT...IM A NEWBY RIDER SO I DONT KNOW MUCH ESPECIALLY ABOUT THE CARBURATOR...PLEASE HELP
