Hi,

I keep thinking that I will flip it backwards every time I want to try. Does anyone have any tips on how to wheelie, without flipping ? thx.

using clutch

you dont have to use the clutch just pu tit in 3rd or 4th gear and lift up and then come down on the back of the bike with all your weight but dont give it full gas just keep pulling the throttle back a little this should get you use to the feel of beeing on your back wheel

ok u fag race any 250 4 strok

ok u fag race any 250 4 stroke with any 250 2 stroke which will win?
THE 2 STROKE BECAUSE THEY HAVE TWICE THE POWER, THATS Y 125's vs 250 4 strokes becuase they almost have the same power, even though the 2 stroke has have half the engine size of the 4 strokes

the real deal

ok guys here is the deal. Unless ur a pussy, uve tried it this way. hold in ur clutch and give it about half gas in first gear, let out ur clutch and it will pop up ur front end...when the front starts falling back down give it more gas, when it comes up too far, let off...simple as that.

wheelies

im 14 also and i ride a ttr125l.i have found popping wheelies is all confidence. dont think your gonna fall.thats first.remember to start small.pop the clutch in second gear and be ready for the front end to pop up.practice small short wheelies first.once you have the hang of the small wheelies try getting the bike up to the balance point.(youll get those butterflies in your stomach the first time)as you keep getting it up blip the throttle to add distance to your wheelies.ive found sitting back helps get to the balance point.once up to the balance point stay leaned back(your back and the seat forming a 90 degree anglep)this helps keep up the wheelie.over time youll build confidence.keep practicing oh yeah, keep your foot over the brake pedal to save your self from flipping.just stab the brake when you feel lke your gonna fall.

Popping Wheelies

Oi im an aussie, i am 15 and own a WR200. i find the best way is to pop it up in second by dumping the clutch, then just keep it up till u revv it out then change using the clutch ( makie sure u are on the balance point and if u find you are going to far back tap the back brake and it will pull u right down ) what all these other guys have said is right. do it whilst sitting far back and on grass, no assphalt ! lol good luck mate

scott.

I need Advice

hey im gettin a new bike and i need to know what to go for so can you tell me what you guys think about your bikes (i was thinkin of gettin a KTM 125

dont listen to any of those people ecept the ones that said pop

the people that said pop the clutch were right. all u do is get into second gear and go pretty slow pull in the clutch (got to do it wile sitting down kinda on the back of the seat) and rev pretty hard and let go of the clutch. try to get the bike so taht it balances almost virtical. you have to find the balance point and when you do all u have to do is give little bits of throttle to keep goin. if you start to go forward give it some gas to get back up. if you start to go backwards and your about to fall on your ass then hit the back foot brake and the bike will go back forward and you wile be fine.

how to wheelie

First ensure that you are in first gear, and going quite slowly . Sit as far back in the seat as you can, and sit as upright as possible (this is to move as much weight as possible backwards). Roll the throttle pull the clutch in. As engine rise rapidly let the clutch back out quickly when the front wheel is in the air you have to find the balance point which is a little floaty point damn high up there once your in the balance point you have work the throttle to keep it in the balance point to go farther on a wheelie you have to shift gears on a wheelie this is the hardest part you have shift gears with out the clutch by appling pressure to the shift lever while on the throttle and when you release the throttle it should click in to next gear if it does the bike will want to kick a little higher so be ready to work that throttle some bikes are harder to shift into to gear and you have to give a good kick to avoid missing the gear and having your front end slam into the ground dont forget to cover your back brake to save your ass if you go to far over

just hold the clutch and rev

just hold the clutch and rev it and let go so it pops up and once it gets up try to balance yourself and the throttle. I have a 125 rm and i can wheelie forever so trust me

Easy i did 2km easy on the back wheel

Sit at the back of the bike and if your going to flip hold the clutch in and you will drop the front like all hell, trust me once you find your balance it SWEET riding from there.
