Honda Four Strokes
HI im 14 i weigh 115 and am 5'6.5"
I found a cr125 but dont know if i should go for a crf230 kinda heavy. My dad who is a sport bike person that happens to know nothin about dirtbikes tells me i should get a cr85, i ride trails and plan on hittin the tracks once in a while.. need ur help

I'm fairly new with riding, I have been out three times riding with my buddy... I have been riding a 1987 KDX 200 2 stroke, I'm hella diggin dirtbiking and my neighbor offered me his bike... It's a 2003 Honda CRF 230, about 10 hours, for $1800 and my friend said that was a bombin deal.
The only thing is, I'm 6'2" 155lbs and 17 years old....
Should I be buying a bike this soon?
Is the 230 too small, egine and size of bike (i have eard it was made for smaller riders)
I like the 2 stroke a lot, but is 4 stroke the way to go?
I'm more of a trail rider, but do some track ( I know the 230 has shit suspension for track, but is that only with heavier riders?)

I just bought myself a 1996 xr200. when i bought it i knew it wasnt runnig as well as it should so sent the carby off for a good clean and a jet adjustment. i changed the fuel, cleaned and oiled the air filter, and changed the engine oil. With the engine oil i put in 1.3 litres.
I am having trouble with the choke, i can start it with the choke on full or half (doesnt matter) i leave it to warm up for about 5 minutes and then ride a hundred metres or so before taking the choke of completely. when i do this it automatically dies. does anyb ody else share this problem or able to help me with this problem?

im racing a kx right now and i want to get a new bike actually need a new bike but i was wondering if anyone knows when they are going to legalize the crf150r? and what bike should i get out of any two stroke or four that is in the 85cc. Are they even going to put the 150 in the same class as all the other 85cc bikes?
this is my 2006 crf 230 has a pro circuit T-4 exhaust, new air filter with advanced air flow and a new sproket and chain 2 teeth more
cople other things to but nothing big. want to get a rev limiter but kinda scared all blow it up!!!!!

is their any kick start kits for the crf230f? or graphics? anything after market....i cant find anything?????????????????
I am looking into getting a bike and will mostly be trail riding (75%) and some track riding with jumps (25%). I am 5'10" 195 and have been looking at the CR125 and CRF230. I would love to go with the 125 but have been told it is not great for trail riding as you have to keep the RPM's up so high. The 230 seems a little small and limited on the track side. It has been mentioned to look at a CRF250 but I have a feeling that may be too much bike for a first bike. Any suggestions?
