a 1976 Honda cr250? i need help. im restoring a classic and this bike is trashed. when i got it yesterday it had: no chain, every different color skid plates and fenders, no brakes, locked up, no return spring on the kick start, no clutch handle, dry rotted front tire with no tube, needs a new stater and clutch basket, and probably a crank case too, leaky gas tank, no brake handle, no right foot peg, and leaky front shocks, and thats not all im just not going to go through the rest, but in 1 and a half days ive managed to fix everything except for the stater, every thing on my bike is jerry rigged so if anyone knos how to jerry rig a stater let me kno cuz i cant wait to hear that 31 year old beast run with no baffles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea, i was thinking about getting a 85, but i heard they were getting rid of 2-strokes so..

But then i thought about the Crf150r experts, but i started thinking about when i got bigger, and my neighbor told me to get a 4-stroke 250. But i'm only like 5'5'', 5'6'' ish, and i don't think i could touch on a 250

What should i do?

We are new to this site so G'day to everyone.

My son has a CR85RB and we are looking at fitting a Pro-circuit exhaust together with a V force 3 reed valve system, a mate suggested that we fit a HGS exhaust system and a Boyeson reed valve block, can anyone guide us on which way to go and why.

yeah and im a 15 year old trying to get into the sport and dont know much about it and i want to know if i fit that bike and if it would be a nice starter bike. im 5 foor 4 about. but should be growing soon : ) i hope atleast. well i really would appreciate the advice. I have a 2004 Honda CRF-250 and i need to know were the jets are and how to clean them?

I have a 2004 Honda CRF-250 and i bought it used from a friend and when i bought it it was running fine and starting up first kick but after the 3rd time i rode it, it wouldnt start very easy and would die when it was idoling so i got the valves adjusted and it was running good again but i rode it 2 times after i adjusted the valves and now its doing it again. I have a hot cam in it could that be why? Is it even the valves?

I'm new to this forum and need some info about replacing the front inner tube on my XR100. (200MY)
The problem I am having is after installing the front tube and riding a short distance, the front tube is damaged at the base of the valve stem where it attaches to the tube. I just put in a new one today and rode about 10 minutes and it is leaking again due to the valve being pulled away from the tube.
I looked at the Honda XR100 owner's manual and it does not give details on intallation. The tire size is 2.5-19 and I installed a tube I got at the Honda dealer today with the size 2.25/2.5-19.

Ummm, i have a 2004 Crf150f, and i have it jetted and the baffle is out, and the air box thingy is off too, i was wondering how much difference it would make to put an exhaust system on it. Oh and i might put stiffer shocks in too, is that worth it? Thanks
